Retention and requests
How long records remain, and how to contact us about your data.
Updated on 26 October 2026
01Current retention behaviour
Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity and are renewed during use. Signing out deletes the current session. The website language preference lasts for up to one year.
The internal event log and protection incident history each keep at most the latest 500 entries per server. These are entry limits, not fixed durations: an older entry is removed as new ones replace it.
There is currently no general automatic deletion period for moderation cases, notes, strikes or verification records. An expired sanction or strike does not by itself erase its history. Server settings and other module records follow their feature’s deletion controls; disabling a module or removing the bot does not guarantee that its stored data is deleted. Contact Avnids to request a review or deletion.
02Make a request
Contact Avnids through the Spider Discord community to request access to your data, correct inaccurate information or ask for deletion. Include your Discord user ID, the relevant server ID and a short description of your request. If your request involves a ticket or moderation case, include its reference when available.
Use a private support channel for personal details. Never send your password, session cookie or bot token. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before sharing or changing records. A server moderator can help identify a record, but requests about Spider’s stored personal data should be directed to Avnids.
03Your rights
Depending on the applicable rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses of your personal data. These rights have conditions and exceptions. You can also contact your competent data protection authority if you believe your request has not been handled appropriately.
