Open Logs and activity → Alerts and create a named rule.
Choose the available criteria, destination channel, target groups and exceptions.
Select notification roles and the notification cooldown. Enable and save.
Trigger a controlled test, then review history and any errors.
What Spider can observe
Criteria depend on received events and available content. Private interactions with other bots are not visible as ordinary messages. Mentions target the roles selected in the rule.
Reduce notification noise
Use a dedicated staff channel, precise rules and a suitable cooldown. An alert calls for a review: check its context and cases before applying a punishment.
