Before you begin

Enable the console in Discord Activities. Available views and actions depend on moderator permissions; opening the Activity grants no extra access.

Step by step

  1. In Community → Discord Activities, enable the console and choose its panel channel if needed.

  2. Save and publish the entry point. A moderator can also use /console according to their permissions.

  3. Open the Activity from Discord and check the server shown in its header.

  4. Review priorities, take ownership of a report or search for a member.

  5. Before an action, review its target, options and reason, then confirm and check the case and journal.

Workspaces

  • Overview: priorities, pending reports, staff activity and next actions.
  • Reports: search, status, ownership, assignment, reasoned decisions and change history.
  • Cases: filters for member, actor, type, status and period, with access to permitted details.
  • Members: search, history, notes and moderation actions. Journal: events available to the moderator.

Permissions on every action

Spider checks, Discord permissions and role hierarchy remain active in the Activity. An entry visible when loaded may become unavailable after permissions change. Sensitive report information is not shown to people without the corresponding access.

Working together

Use ownership and notes to avoid duplicate interventions. If someone else changes a record while you review it, refresh and reread the state before deciding. A delayed action response requires checking the result before retrying.
