In Community → Server tag, choose the assigned roles.
Set excluded roles, optional notifications and the policy for configuration changes.
Enable and save, then use the available sync for existing members.
Test with a member who displays and then removes this server’s tag.
Which tag is recognised?
Spider checks the server identity associated with the tag and whether it is enabled. A tag from another server does not qualify. If Discord does not provide the information, the state remains uncertain rather than being treated as a confirmed removal.
Controlled removal
Roles already present before assignment are preserved. When a member removes the tag, Spider removes roles it tracks as assigned by this system. The policy for removing a configured role is a separate setting.
