Step by step
In Protection → Verification, select Discord Activity when this mode is available.
Save settings and republish the panel so its button uses the selected mode.
The member opens the panel and starts verification from their own Discord account.
They follow puzzle instructions in the Activity and complete it before the challenge expires.
Spider confirms the result and applies configured roles. Check channel access after success.
Identity and validity
The Activity uses the member and server’s Discord context. A challenge is individual and temporary; sharing an old window or attempting another member’s puzzle does not replace their verification.
Failure, expiry and fallback
Respect the configured attempt limit. When a challenge expires, use the offered flow to restart. Image captcha is the mode to use when the Activity is unavailable; fallback depends on the server’s saved options.
After completion
Role assignment and onboarding are separate steps. If the puzzle succeeds but access does not change, check roles and permissions rather than asking the member to retry indefinitely.
